12th Feb 2023, 9:13 am left from my home towards Gaimukh Jetty in Thane. Thoda gyan ki baat ho jaye. If you pass by this location, you won't recognize that you are passing by an historic location, yes. I will tell you about Gaimukh and Thane in brief. Gaimukh is a small village based on the banks of River Ulhas also known Thane / Vasai Creek. Many decades ago, the current Ghodbunder Road was just a forest, and there are many stories in the name "Gaimukh". In the vicinity of Gaimukh, you will find Gaimukh Fort in ruined condition built by Portuguese Empire, other forts they had built nearby were Ghodbunder Fort and Nagla Bunder Fort. The Nagla Bunder Fort has been disappeared from quite a decade due to lot of illegal activities carried out in the area.
So lets come back to the present day, by 9:40 am I had reached the meeting location. Allwyn my friend and co-admin of our club - BAC Mumbai was already there, he told me to park the vehicle in parking section built just 100 mtrs away, where the actual Gaimukh Jetty is for locals and sand diggers.

Well, our team members were on the way, so me and Allwyn thought of having a quick breakfast and we ordered Tea, Maggi, Bhurji, Omellete. While this all was getting prepared, our riders had arrived and we all had a quick bite and entered the newly opened Gaimukh Chowpatty. You will also find Thane's first FLOATING RESTUARANT which is now in very worst condition due to less footfalls. As we entered the Chowpatty, we saw our Pride of Maharashtra, the King of the Kings - Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj seating in front of us in a proud seating position with his sword. Just check the below picture. Its so realistic like he will now say something in his roaring voice.

In his blessings, at his foot we got a chance to take our meeting session. I can proudly say that the head of our meeting was छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज.

So our meeting started and with few introduction of new riders and lot of discussion, the end came near. There was a restuarant just behind us which was open by now. We thought of just having quick bite but somehow we had lots of things and unexpected dishes as well. Keep reading you will see some pictures of our unexpected dishes.

After petpuja, some left for their home. But we 6 were still there for some masti and fun. Created lots of reels, slow motion videos, selfies, groupees, and created so many memories that this short ride became a memorable one for lifetime.
