My Order -

1 x Paneer Tikka Frankie

2 x Veg Pizza Small

1 x Veg Burger

1 x Veg Puff.

I opened up Zomato App and ordered 2nd time from here because I liked their Small size Pizza and burgers.

But this time I made another addition as I saw it was available to order, so I ordered Paneer Tikka Frankie and Veg Puff. But to my surprise, I did not receive Paneer Tikka Frankie in my delivery. I definitely got the refund after complaining on the Zomato Support Chat. But this thing really irritates me when businesses do not update their inventory when you are open and live while running an online business. If you do not take care of your business, customers won't come back to you again.

This is my advice to businesses. Having lots of inventory and missing something is ok but when you are dealing with such a few SKUs and still you cannot provide service to the users then it's not the market or inflation, it's you who are bringing your business down.

I will give 3 stars to the restaurant just to provide me with food to eat.

1 star for service as I can see there is no change in the working of the restaurant as last time too I had faced some issue.
